Eh, fuck it. I don't want to lose good rpers like Brian and Lyle from the site just to uphold this stupid little task. I don't see what the hell I did. But whatever. I wasn't actually going to kill you, just make about 5 posts and then when troops came out of th tunnel it would be revealed and you could make a beeline to it and escape, also evading Liu Bei's army...
Dong Jue calms down and waves his hand. The guards move away from the door. The axemen go away, and the ministers sheathe their weapons. "Leave immediately, and never come back..." he says cooly. He then retreats to the chambers of the Emperor. He could not handle his job for much longer, it was stressing him out. He hoped that it would end soon...

Hmm, I'm sorry then Slick, I had really wanted to get this going a little more. Don't think it's your fault, more or less, I brought it upon myself, and thought that something could come of what I said. You've got a great forum here, and I don't want to discourage you from keeping it that way, I got a lot of flak a while back for some crap nearly like this, and I understand this well, crap. There's your apology.

(Come on Lyle, what is this?)
*The spearman, Sun Yuan Ci, tossed his spear slightly avoce his hands, allowing it to fall into his grasp as he lowered it to his greaves, the blade hovering low over the ground. He turned, tipping the dragon helm on his hood towards the Prime Minister before he left. He glaced at the gate guards, who glanced back, each sharing the same disgusted look.*
*Zhi-yun continued to leave the palace, until he noticed the man who was the center of attention in the palace ordeal outside, where he approached.*
"Some show you put on in there. Bravery. And I admire bravery. Tell me, sir, what your name is."

((Like I know. )) Du Jung rustled his armor about, bending his body down as he grasped an item from behind him. After bowing to the man before him properly he drew the item from its cloak, pulling out a fine, black spear. He waved it around, wielding it fiercely, as if a show for this man, or rather warrior before him. The large blade was still covered, the image of a dragon seared into its sheath. Du Jung's voice came as he finished his little show, holding his weapon with but his right hand, its pole under his arm. His voice stood out now, far from beaten, far from victory. He simply spoke, as if knowing something good was to come of this.. "I am but a fool when compared to the bravery you've shown. To stand in harms way for another that you do not know is something that few can muster in these times. I'm am known by Du Jung, but many have come to call me Zhutai. I've come here to forge a new age, an age under the spear, an age under clouds that rain blood no matter where you hide.... Your own name, warrior?"

*Zhi-yun was rather impressed. Not only did he have what appeared to be a firm command of his jet black spear, but his ideals shared views of his own, to bring about might to the land, to put fear withing the lord's mind, and to bring in a new age. As Du Jung displayed his prowess with his spear, Zhi-yun ducked, and thrusted his spear upwards, crossing the shafts. He rose to his feet, shifting the deadlock, with a grin on his face.*
"You flatter me, sir. I am Sun Yuan Ci, known formally as Zhi-yun. And should you require a finesse warrior to watch the roads while you travel down your path to destiny, I would be proud to serve."

Lu Bu stayed at the gate, preparing his men for possible combat if his new lord would need it.He was 2 li away from the gate itself, waiting for his student to return with the news.Lu Bu rode to and fro, awaiting the news of his lords return.
"My men,we are of Zhao now,who gives a damn about the Han.Back in the Spring and Autumn period Zhao was a powerful kingdom,as Han was a weak and wimply kingdom easily destroyed by Qin.Shi Huangdi saw Zhao as a great threat,as they employed horsemen from the north. Now the Han rules, but with a child's fist then with an iron fist.It is time to let rest the Han and bring age to the people of Zhao.'
"Look yonder, you see the flags of the dead.I for one am not afraid of what lies ahead, and neither should any of you.I am a god of battle, you have the prowess of lions.Immortality will be yours if we destroy the Han.My oath is in there as we speak, and if we have news of his death we shall rain down on Dong Jue for his imputence.Let us await for the news, and soon glory and honor shall be yours"!
The men rose their weapons into the air, cheering, boosting their moral to fight the Han.It was hot out,but the men were not afraid of a little heat. All they need was the order to attack and Luo Yang would lay in ruins.Zhao Ping had to return soon......
Meanwhile,in Luo Yang Zhao Ping wore a black cloak to watch the events. He ran up the steps and hid behind a pillar in the palace hall.He held with him a short sword, ready to pounce on Dong Jue if he made the wrong move.Zhao Ping was about to attack when the guards surrounded his new lord and a unknown warrior. When the guards let up and let the two warriors leave,Zhao Ping scurried off to his lord.Outside the gate he had Black Angel tied up to a post.He saddled himself up and rode off 2 li away.
Lu Bu saw no movement from withen the city.He rose his Halberd up and was about to give the signal to attack until he saw Zhao Ping ride up,holding one of his scimitars up to hold Lu Bu's position. He rode up to his lord, bowed his head and whispered the news to his lord.Lu Bu's eyes widened and told his men to keep their position as he rode to the gates.By this time the unknown warrior and Lu's new lord were chatting.Lu Bu pulled Red Hare's reigns, and as Red Hare went on its back legs,Lu Bu pointed his Halberd at the unknown warrior.
"Proclaim yourself or feel the wrath of my might. This is my old friend and new lord and if you mean any harm I shall cut you down where you are."

Du Jung was impressed with the speed displayed before him, by a man that seemed to be well known with his own spear. A professional alike with Zhutai. Their strength was coiled within their arms, ready to pounce. At eye and eye an understanding was drafted, finished and sealed, both now knowing trust could always be implored, no matter what enemy stood ahead of them. Both had troubled pasts, both stood out in the crowd. Both had scars, both had earned them. The black horseman began to speak, with drawing his spear until a louder voice quited his own, seizing the men and their attention. It was the same from before, the one that had vowed duty for his cause. And now this man did the same, yet was questioned. Laughing for but a moment, Jung turned to the "undebatable" warrior and jokingly replied..
"Hah, you will have to then deal with his own spear, Fengxian.. I suspect this man to be a match for myself, if not greater than my own mettle. His bravery meets no bounds, as he rode against the dogs in their throne for my cause, without knowing what it was. Such a man could be named a fool, such a warrior is worthy of loyalty, of oath..."
"I do not intend for you two to serve me, but to serve the cause that compels me to rise to power. To serve a purge of all nations unlike our own. To conquer the dynasties of the other realms, and to bring all opposers to the fiery depths of hell. I've never felt such a way in which I can conquer the world, and simply walk upon my enemies, until now. Within my presence, within our cause is each of us, seemingly warriors of incredible abilities. I am your equal, and in so I request that we take up arms and oath for this cause..."
"I know I've rushed, since most of us have just met, but it seems so right to be within this situation, three spear men, one cause."

Lu Bu lifted his Halberd in confusion. He put the Halberd behind him and set it into a latch on Red Hare as he pondered the idea of becoming an oath with his new leader and a unknown warrior. He dismounted and pulled the reigns of Red Hare in the opposite direction and whisteled to have one of his men take her to where the rest of them are.He then turned back around to the two warriors and lowered his head in respect and raised it back up.
"My friends, there is a small garden over yonder, where we can make our oaths.I saw it while I first came to the capitol a week ago.Follow me on foot,as for we should not company follow our hoof prints."
Lu Bu then proceeded to walk north, towards the garden where he will become oaths with Du Jung, his new lord, and Sun Yuan Ci,the unknown warrior.

*Zhi-yun lowered his spear as Du Jung made his announcement. WIthin these two was an understanding of eachothers past, present, and future, from one single bout they made. And already, Sun felt a loyalty towards this destined-by-birth leader, this black rider. Another joined them, one whom he felt he should know. It did not take long before Yuan Ci reckognised him as the mighty, famous Lu Fengxian. If there was to be any to reclaim the land from the corrupted, how could it not be these three?*
"Lord Lu Bu, my name is Sun Yuan Ci, formally Zhi-yun. I am glad you showed rash aggression, as we will be needing one with might before mind if we are to succeed. If we are to bind ourselves to an oath, I shall follow through and die either a happy man or a failed fool."

Du Jung smiles, dismounting his horse and taking it by the reigns, follwing the taller warrior ahead, Sun Yuan Ci seeming to fall in by his side.
((Arrgggh, shady you can do the oath thing, so take it away ))

Lu Bu led the two warriors to the small Zen garden. The flowing river nearby kept this place in harmony with the land. This was the only peaceful place left in this chaotic world, especially the capitol. With tyrants and oppressors all around them, these three warriors would share a common oath,a life as one.Lu Bu went behind a cherry blosom tree, where he visited earlier and pulled out a jar of ceramonial wine and three cups.He gave a cup to Du Jung and Sun Yuan Ci.He grinned, bowing his head to the two in respect and then arising his head once again. He was still grinning when he began his speech.
"We three are stronger than the warriors of old.Our homelands were far from one another, yet we came to the capitol for the same reason,to exterminate tyrants and bring peace back to the land.I,Fengxian, ask of you two to join me in brothership,to destroy the Han and other fools, and bring peace under our black banner,we will be known as the three spearmen of Zhao. What say the two of you"?

((Making crappy posts tonight))
Du Jung held the wine high, two men of equal valor, strength and power before him. He paused as the words of Fengxian sunk in, the situation around him converting his mind toward prosperity, and unity. Death scolded them in the corner of the garden, gasping as they swore this oath, knowing he could no longer seal their fates. They'd be unstoppable, they'd be Spear men of Zhao.
"It is I, Du Jung, who agrees to swear up an oath of brotherhood until my last breath. It is we that will share that last breath, as we die together, upon the same field of hell, from the same enemy and with the same cause that dawns upon our shoulders today!"
