Lord Ba is on the He Nai border. He's now going to be heading to Wanchang.
Forget about him, and focus on the battle before you.

Xu Wang's men remain in the center except for the crossbowmen on the wall some engineers gather the special arrows Wang had prepared to be lit and sent into the dry grasses of the north east.

*the people of Chang had all left the city and left a little oil as well. Jin and his men all started for the gate away from the battle. one man lit the oil causeing a big fire in the middle of the city, trails of oil lead to some of the houses starting them on fire making a firey trap to follow him. Jin was upset this was the outcome but knew it must be done he and his men made there way to the City Gate*

Cowards.
*The word hung in the air and echoed in the minds of all close enough to hear it. Seeing the flames begin to spread along clear lines toward many houses in the center of town. Pathetic cowards. They'll pay for this. Kong Suo immediately halted any forward movement and ordered an about-face, retreating in the most orderly fashion his troops were able to. The swordsmen heading to the walls stayed where they were, only now instead of capturing the crossbowmen atop the walls, they moved to slaughter them wholesale. A coward's order like this was to avenged in any way possible, and would continue to be so until the entire Han Dynasty was nothing more than a dusty memory trampled underfoot by the citizenry of Zhao. Kong Suo sent his swiftest runners, including many of his own Amazon Guard, through the city as it slowly caught fire from the oil to warn the citizens of the city which Cao Cao and his Han forces had so callously left behind of their fate, and to help them find the nearest gate so that they may escape with their lives, if nothing else of value. So many innocent lives would be lost today, and for what? An already lost city? Kong Suo shook his head. This was just another reminder as to how corrupt and evil a regime the Han was, and why it was the turn of Zhao to rule. Reluctantly, Suo retreated with his men back out the gate they had come through not five minutes before. As the men assembled just outside the city, their new orders were clear. Begin transporting water from the nearby rivers to the city. They were going to try to save whatever they could.*

I was already 'cheating' by letting you somehow escape the walls and the city itself. You would have been blocked off by cavalry and Kong Suo's detachment, which would have obliterated your unit. That's how it'll play out, if you want to attempt at doing this. Otherwise, voided. Also, not all of the people would leave. That's not really how it worked. Your a defeated Empire, like hell they would follow you when you retreat from the lands, and had been clearly beaten.

((ok that is fare enough, this is my different version then which should be aloud and fare to both sides))
*Jin Pin had heard of his enemys taking the gate the numbers they had were too big for him to take on alone, Jin main force of his unbreakibles and his raiders left the main city area to the gate at full gallop to escape capture*
((that better?))

((Ahh, good))
*Disregarding the odd flashes of a different reality that he had been seeing, Kong Suo ordered his troops to begin repairing the shattered gates of Chang An and to also repair any damage the battle might have done to the civilian quarter. While this was going on, Kong Suo himself penned several announcements to be posted across the city, and also had scribes work to duplicate them many times.*

*Zhiyun had patrolled the streets of Chang'an for the few days which had passed between the seizing of the city and the present, but each day was a new experience for the man. The first day he was with his tower guards, patrolling the area around the palace, when he noticed every civilian he passed glanced at him, and stared for some time. When they turned around and paced backwards, many were outside again, holding bread. They bowed, and presented the bread as a gift to the soldiers while they partolled. He heard many of the women thanking them for freeing them from the corrupt servant of the Han, though it was obvious Cao Cao was not actually serving the Emperor.*
*The second day he was patrolling with the same men, in the market district. It was weakened after the battle, almost empty, with a few shops intact and carts of fruit and foods in random areas. The entire day, the men worked on repairing the market, and when the sun fell, it was set to thrive once more.*
*And with that, he addressed what he thought of now as men of Zhao that he and his men were leaving. Betrayal struck, and the arrogant Yuan Shu had attacked while he thought Zhao was on it's knees. His attitude would prove false and foolish when his entire army was hit by the phenominal strategy that Zhutai and him had prepared. Fengxian was unaware of it until it's final stages. That was the extent of how powerful it was, and how trusted the top's must be.*
*They left heading east, to Pingyuan, then south to Wancheng, where the battle to determine who would rule China would take place. The victor would become so powerful, no remaining empire could withstand their might. But the north would have to draw arms and hope that the outcome favored the Empire.*
