Xia Pi castle is a somber, military fortification built atop a hill. It is where the government of Si is run from, and it is also where newcomers can join the forces of Si. Diplomats can come here to arrange deals with Si or make alliances and roleplayers within the Si republic may act out important events in character here...

Xilang entered the castle. He looked around. He was finally here. It was his home now. He smiled at the thought. He went over to the throne room and looked in awe at the throne before him. Slowly, he ascended the steps leading to it. and sat down.

A lone figure walked through the corridors of the palace as he made his way to speak with the lord of these city. As he did though he knew from the way he looked, dressed and spoke that he would most likely be considered a spy from the growing roman faction in these lands. That was, however, if these people knew of the Julii family and there claim to land in China.
Marcus raising his head slightly, now staring at the ceiling as he pondered with those thoughts for a few seconds and just slightly frowning he lowered his head and continued on his way to the throne room. The frown though left his face as he continued to move forward, since as a roman general, though young he hated to show any sign of emotion to an "ally" or enemy.
Moving through the hall Marcus saw many servants and politicans alike leave a room that was a few steps away from where he was. Nodding his head in acknowledgement that maybe that room was the throne room. Taking the few steps he needed to reach the doorway, he soon saw himself where he wanted to be. Yet the looks of suspicion from the people that where from the palace made him slightly angry, however, he ignored them and moved forward to where a figure could be seen upon the throne or what they might call a throne.
Upon reaching the throne room and taking the steps to move closer towards the lord of this city, he stopped himself just 10 steps away from reaching the ruler. Staring straight at the eyes of the ruler he bowed, yet only slightly before speaking.
"I have come here to speak with the ruler of these city. If you are him, I am Marcus Cassius Scipio i have come seaking a place of shelter and possibly entering your services. That is if you dont mind having a foreginor amongst your forces?"

Xilang cocked his head to one side. He had seen other men who looked like this one in Luo Yang.
"You are from the west are you not? But I can't afford to discriminate; as it is we are hard pressed for generals, and I hear the westerners have some of the best. So I welcome you, though I must inform you, we are preparing to go to war even as we speak."

Pang Tong entered the castle. As he did he saw that Shang Liang Was alleady in a conversation with another person. He waited paitiently for either Shang Xilang to notice him or for the other person to leave.

Xilang turned his attentino to the new arrival, though not ignoring the Roman.
" If you'd give me one moment, Lord Scipio, I have other visitors. *turns to Pang Tong* Now, friend, what is it you require?"
He also nods to Zhou Tai.
(lots of people at once.... can only talk to one at a time though....)

Shang stood and bowed.
"Master Young Phoenix?! I had heard tales of you in my home in Xin Ye. I had never expected to meet you in person! It is a fortunate day indeed. With you to aid me with strategy, and Zhou Tai to aid with his strength, we are truly destined to do great things for the Han!"
He then handed each a letter.
"These will grant you access to our Headquarters. We are currently laying plans for an attack on Jian Ye. Tell the generals you will be joining the campaign, and I will be joining you shortly."

Pang Tong recived the note. he quickly read it and then put it in his pocket. He then nodded towards Shang Liang and headed towards the main headquarters.

Er Aorong burst into the palace defiantly and approached Shang Xilang,
"My liege, the men under my command as well as myself are ready for deployment. The navy has been informed, the catapults loaded, and are ready to raise anchor. Give me the command to move out and I shall spearhead the attack!"
He stood tall and proud, soon he would have his battle, the thing he longed for most in life. As soon as his orders would come through he would move out and get his army underway. His kingdom would have more territory soon, they will strike hard and fast to gain their lands.

Xilang nodded. He then turned back to Scipio."Sorry to cut our meeting short, but I have to take command of the forces myself. I could use a man like you to guard this place while I'm out at battle, though. Consider it thus: if I return and find all in order, I shall welcome you with open arms. Now if you'll excuse me."He turned back to Er."Aorong, inform the troops and set out, I shall follow shortly."He began donning his armor and gathering his weaponry.(ooc: Marcus can respond as if I was here when he posts... alot has hapened in the few minutes he has held his peace....  )
