Warning Anyone Who Is Wanting To Post Here Read Below.[/u]
Everyone when going to speak with Ma Teng or the prefect of this city, you must stand at least 15 Feet away. The Palace is made wide, long and tall, around the roof and down the several stories are many balconies, all manned by Crossbowmen overlooking the main throne room. Anyone who comes even 1 cm closer than 15 feet shall be shot without warning or questioning.
If you are to post here you are in agreement that my men can, and will attack you if you are foolish enough to stand to close. So many bolts will be near impossible to dodge, and so do not expect to be able to really counter the moves of 50-100 crossbowmen firing upon you.
The Main gate surrounds the palace, it is made of iron bars, made especially so it is almost suicide to try and climb them, they are oiled at the tops making climbing near impossible, and the tips are spiked like spears. The gate is manned by two of the armies finest swordsmen.
Inside it is once again top security, each corridor having it's own several sentries keeping watch in this chaotic time. No single officer can get passed with a weapon through this men, so by posting here you all agree that you have no weapons.

Ti Song who had just arrived at the city of Wo, desired to join the forces and avenge his family and loved ones who had died under the hand of Sansu. The corrupted bastards who tried to control Japan, but were killing innocents in the process and leaving many dead, dying six feet under ground.
Ti Song passed through the gates, leaving his weapons and his men of five hundred crossbowmen on the outskirts of the city and simply stepped inside the Imperial Palace and went to the throne room acompannied by a guard who held a sword hand ready on the weapon, eager to stab him if he made any attacks.
Has he approached the lord of Shikoku, the swordsmen went away to watch guard and Ti Song stopped at thirty-five feet a considerable distance away, and kneeled before the lord and simply spoke his name and asked for requestance.
"Lord of this city, this city Shikoku under Wo, Ma Teng, I am Ti Song, former ally of the Song Mercs. and my family has been killed by the Sansu and they only let me live to tell you this. I wish to have revenge and I plee to join your force, to avenge myself and my family." Ti Song told Ma Teng, has he kneeled there and his voice was louder than usual so he could hear.

Sanada Yukimura traveled to Nippon immediatly after hearing of Er Aorong's betrayal. He came to Ma Teng unarmed, except for 20 Elephants. They were left outside of the gates as Sanada asked the guards if he could have an audience with Ma Teng.

(Sorry for late post only got back in, for some reason my internet stayed on and this site was left on so it may have seemed like I was on all day, but I wasn't. This'll be another shoten, I need to go out again in a few minutes)
Ma Teng looked at the new arrival, and sighed slightly. "I am sorry to inform that Sansu and Wo are currently allies, united in Japan. You can by all means join us, but your revenge must wait for another time, when or indeed if we see need to become hostile to Sansu again."
In the mean time the guards let the Si officer in showing him to the main chamber where Ma Teng was. The guards told him to keep at least 15ft back else he may be killed in less than a second.

Ti Song grimaced but nodded slowly, understanding that Ma Teng wouldn't break an alliance just for one man and he simply nodded and stayed kneeled. "I'll join you then..Lord of Wo, Ma Teng, for you simply are better than any other of these Japanese leaders. For you simply, contain the true nature of war.." Ti Song told the man and bowed once more.
"Will you allow a simple man into your service?"

Ma nodded at the man's words, sipping on his imported Wine from mainland Europe. He looked into the glass, and gentle swirled the wine in it's container, before looking at the man in front of him once more. "Not all grapes can be made into fine wine, some grow, but in time fall and become worthless. Time my friend will determine the power of our current allies, if they falter in delivering the needs of the people, then I shall intervene, and so is the main will of the people of Japan. Not all forces will succeed, and some in time, fail and disappear, be patient, and I shall be sure to give you a front row sear, if Sansu become that very failing force."Ma Teng nods but once again looks at his glass, sniffing it gently, taking up the sent, and once again swirling it with his hand movements. "Grapes are but mere products from a small plant, simple in theory, but when used correctly, and given care and attention can be made into a drinking delicacy. So too the simple soldier can improve, and increase in the rank system, and so to will you, simple is what makes things great, from the common ant we see the extent of what simple and small can do, and do not think any differently, every man is just as valuable in my forces as the next. Now I hope I need not make other references to my wine, because I am dry out." Ma Teng gives an amused smile, waiting to see what the man has in reply to the Lord of Wo's acceptance speech. (My first post I have ever used such speech techniques, hope you like

((Sorry for taking awhile)) Sanada Yukimura consented to the guards orders and procedded in. "Lord Ma Teng, as you may know the former Si officer Er Aorong has betrayed us and gone to Cheng, burning down Shou Chun in the process." spoke Sanada, "I come to you to day to ask for an alliance between Wo and Si, and possible aid in battle." he continued. "If you consent I will graciously give you 20 elephants as a symbol of a strong alliance." he stopped and looked up at Ma Teng.

Ti Song was interested, using wine has a reference to men was a simple easy way. Has he listened, his respect for the man Ma Teng grew more and more, then stopped when it reached its highest peak and Ti Song, stopped and took his own time to stand up from his kneel and speak easier, for his legs were getting
"Ants, sheer in number grow simply in thounands, like the men of China and Japan, they are spread out and are in different groups. Like ourselves, such has the Zhao, Templar Knights, Si, Han and Cheng. Though they are each at war with eachother, they are each going for one goal, which like the ants we follow. Getting stronger. Inspiration to thrive to live, to become stronger and to win victory, thats why us, Humans are the main supreme beings for ants, unlike us don't have brains."
Ti Song stopped, touching the black armor that he wore, which was polished and shined, before he had come to impress Ma Teng.
"You see, I shined this armor before I meant you, to impress you, has a prince might do to a queen or a king. Unlike ants, there are simple ranks, which will almost never change, a worker will always be a worker. But us...humans have the chance to change and become better, because we learn to become it. But to do so, you need to impress those that are better first, that you are so worthy. So Ma Teng, what impresses you?" Ti Song asked him at last, has he stared at his new lord.
"You are now my new lord..but the question is for all lords. Men and women, whether or not, they're willing to befriend their servants. To work..together."

"and t'is the way of our times. To impress me all you need is the ability to adapt and have the wanting to work for our armies cause." Ma Teng did not try to impress the man futher with more metaphors, but brought the conversation to a place where it could close soon.
Ma Teng soon saw the face of a new person into his throne room, he wore the colours of Si and so Ma Teng took great care in listening to the man. "You may have your alliance envoy of Si. Tell your lord he can rely on me to aid him when he needs it most."
(That's all I can write g2g out now)

"Thank you very much Lord Ma Teng!" rejoiced Sanada Yukimura. He now had a huge burden lifted off his shoulders and procedded out of the palace. He told the guards to take the 20 elephants and give them to Ma Teng as he went to the docks to leave back to China.

Ti Song nodded, then turned and stopped, taking his final words into consideration before he left. "Ma Teng, if you need me, i'll be around. May the city prosper under the reins of Wo." Then he was gone, out the Imperial Palace and at the gates of it where the guards gave him back his weapons and Ti Song, meanwhile ordered his army in and they occupied the barracks.

Ma Yui gets up off his fathers throne. Ma Teng was reecntly took ill, only minor but still left him incapable of leading the kingdom. Ma Yui looked over the man, nodding his approval in his usual fashion before he replied to the man who asked for entry to the Wo forces.
"You may join, and thank you for choosing us as the force you wish to join. I hope you enjoy your time here, you are now officially a member of Wo, I hope you are powerful as you appear."

Oblivion
'No one knows what truly happened upon the 3rd zenith of that day, all that is left are the wounds that affected the history of so many civilizations, and for he himself, all that is recalled of him are those whom he destroyed, and to this day his actual existence upon mankind is burdened by that of his birth or even his death.' - 2nd chapter from the guide of Zen, written by Wu Sheng Tian.
No matter how hard he coughed Xu Tuo just could not exhume the dust from his lungs. His chest ached for it, not to mention that his ears still rang from the explosion of a few moments before, so that his head began to pound a tantrum. Mostly though it was his leg that pained him. When the beast had gone tumbling down the hillside he had taken the warden with him. The old knight had landed awkwardly, twisting his ankle.
He doubted it was broken, but he was sure it was sprained. It would hardly take his weight, so that he was forced to limp away from the rubble that used to be a cliff, using the spear he had borrowed from Van's armoury for support. He had heard the beast's screams, including the last one, but had been unable to move fast enough to even see how the beast had ended, or who had ended it. For a dread filled moment he had thought that the explosion and resulting landfall had claimed his pupil but he knew for a certainty that Cyrus was still alive. He was pretty sure that the boy would wish he wasn't once his mentor got his hands on him.
Men cheered all along the valley, but Xu Tuo did not join their revelry. None of them could understand the profound tragedy that was heaped upon mankind's fate whenever a beast died, no matter how tainted the wyrm had become. Although he supposed this beast's death had been the natural consequence of its' unchecked rampage, the reality of it still insulted his sense of what was right and propitious about the world. A little part of Aevon had died this evening, and these fools howled their applause of it.
Not realizing that the spear had also been injured by his fall, Xu Tuo cursed as the wood snapped beneath his weight and sent him toppling over. He groaned as he sat up.
Looking at what was left of the spear still in his hand, he grumbled, "Shoddy Loranthian craftsmanship," and then tossed the broken weapon aside.
"Xu Tuo is that you?"
"Who else would be sprawled here in the dirt?" he asked the girl sourly.
Fiera giggled as she approached. The warden rose gingerly, and felt her hand under his arm. Despite how patronizing it felt he allowed her to help him up.
"Did you see?" she asked, giddy with excitement, "Cyrus slew the dragon!"
"Did he now?" the tired and aching knight mumbled.
"It was magnificent Xu Tuo, people will be telling his story all throughout the empire. You should be very proud of your squire. I know mother will be proud when she hears what happened here today. She might even forgive your wrongdoings since you're the man who trained her son to be a dragon slayer."
Xu Tuo grimaced. "That's not the sort of thing I'll walk around bragging about."
"Oh Xu Tuo," Fiera scolded him, but still with a smile, "how can you possibly be grumpy now?" Suddenly her mirth disappeared. "Did you hurt yourself badly?"
The old warden was surprised by her unexpected sympathy. "No, no it's just my foot. I'm sure it's fine," he said. He sighed, as if to suggest that it wasn't.
"Well here, since your spear is broken let me help you walk."
She took his arm and put it around her shoulders, letting him lean against her. Xu Tuo couldn't remember the last time he had his arm around a woman this young. "Well thank Sias for shoddy Loranthian craftsmanship," he prayed beneath his breath.
"Hmm?" Fiera inquired.
"Oh nothing my dear, just thank you for being kind to an undeserving old man is all."
Her smile was now as patronizing as her actions, but since it was coming from an attractive member of the opposite gender it didn't bother the normally proud warden knight in the least. "Oh you're not as bad as all that," she assured him.
"Heh, that's not what you said last night." With her aid he began to slowly make his way toward the revelling warriors.
"Well, yesterday I was mad at you, but tonight's excitement has me in too good a mood for anything of that sort."
"How very charitable of you," he replied with a grin.
She regarded him from the corner of her eye. "Oh but don't worry, I'm sure that by tomorrow I'll have recalled my grievances and things will be back to normal."
Xu Tuo chuckled. "In that case I hope that by morning my foot feels well enough for me to put some serious distance between myself and this Loranthian army."
"Now old man unless you want me to drop you where you stand you'd better give over any such notion of rushing away, not unless you plan to leave my brother behind that is. Daeron and I haven't seen him in nigh eleven years; you're not getting away with him again that quickly."
Xu Tuo chuckled, "No, this is just for me I'm afraid."
She smiled her patronising smile a final time, before he took another spear from the side of the small forts, "I must go to Wo, look after your brother until I return for him."
She went to reply, but Xu Tuo had already pushed himself away, using the spear for leverage across the dried tulmac leaves beneath him. It wasn't as nearly as large a trip to Wo as it was to the Loranthian encampments, Japan was a strange country to him, and he hated these sadistic journeys that made him travel day in and day out.
The gate guards knew of him and beckoned him gingerly, although the old warden hated it, he smiled bluntly and proceeded, wanting this to end quickly.
The Imperial Palace was seen just above from the gate house, dressed with vargite stone-work and other natural materials that coated the city in a design so rare it was once forbidden to sell.
Ma Yui was seen from the third room, in a much larger room rimmed with gold lacing and rimmed ropes; it was a typical Japanese design, with a set modification that almost resembled Chinese.
"I suspect you to be Ma Yui." He muttered coldly, his hands still clasped to his spear as he struggled with the weight shifts, "I came as agreed, with my student in celebration over the death of Wyrm my business mustn't be extended for to long, my place isn't in these foreign lands."

Ma Yui fell backwards, and sword blade to his neck as a warrior pressed onto his body. "You have much to learn Yui" Ma Yui looked angered by this and forced the man off, picking up his Katana once more, and making several attempts to get a hit on his enemy, but this came to little more than constant blocks from his opponent.
The two men seemed exhausted from almost 3 hours of none stop fighting with one another, none finding victory over the other. "I hear Zhao has finally beaten Cheng in China." Ma Yui said to his trainer. "Yes, Yuan Shu is dead, and all of China looks to soon be overun by Zhao and those who follow them, good job we have Wo." Ma Yui lunges forward, his blade aimed for the face, but easily put into a deadlock by his combat teacher.
"I also hear Sansu are once again thinking of attacking us, it would be military suicide to even try it, but I cannot help but wonder, I am sure we could take them on, but they do seem to have more troops and officers than us." Ma Yui looks at his trainer who chuckles under his breath slightly as he begins to talk to the younger man. "Victory does not come from brute strength, it comes from spirit, determination and good planning, it is very common for forces with bigger numbers to become cocky, and arrogant, this blinds them, and many have fallen because of it."
* * * * *
Ma Yui had just got in from training, and sat on the throne to read up on todays events, the odd request for troops, and a few bandit forces requesting alliances, these were handed backwards to a guard who knew what to do with them... destruction.
The distance creeps of a being could be vaugely heard entering the palace and heading towards the throne room. Ma Yui leans his head on his hand at the very slow rate this person was arriving. The man enters and Ma Yui nods, noting why the man had taken such a long time, he was wounded, by what was currently not clear. Ma Yui held out his hand when he was getting to close to the throne, the crossbowmen had a job that if anyone got to close they would be shot at, and this was not a time to allow a possibly innocent man to die.
The man stopped and begun to speak, Ma Yui knew who this person was and nodded along listening closely to the news he brought, he smilied slightly when he mentioned the slaying of a Dragon. Ma Yui was no fool, he knew what they were, and what they were capable of, simple Lizards were not a threat, it was just the lengends of Dragons which made it seem dangerous to peaple, Wyrm was a supposid threat spoke of by Yui's father Teng, and Yui just went along with it, like a child would a story.
"My god! Finaly that beast will plauge us no longer. You must be quite the warrior, my father has given me this scroll to give to anyone who beats this foul beast, I have not read it myself so I am clueless to what it may be about, here take it." Ma Yui gave a guard the scroll which then gave it to the Guest.
It Reads: "This monster has threatened our civilisation for centuries, I am thankful of your valour and might, I here by ask that you will join my forces, your skill is just what Wo needs, and it would be both an honour and priviledge to see your skills at work on the battlefield along side me, if my illness subsides soon. In fact I shall not take no as an answer, you are here by an honourary member of Wo, I hope you accept my offer, and I hope to see you in action soon.
~Ma Teng, Wo Grand Ruler.~
Ma Yui looks at the man's face while he is reading, he is usually a good reader of people by their expressions, and can usually tell what a letter is about by the persons facial expressions whilst reading it.
Whilst the man was reading, Ma Yui stood up and grabbed a large woven sack, it seemed heavy and he even had slight trouble picking it up and handing it to a messenger. He whispered something in the ear which no one else could hear as the messenger walks out and jumps on his steed to no one knows where with a present.
