Simply flat grass lands with a gentle slope. Easy to transverse. Upon the east side it plummets, yet on the west it gently slopes into dirt. Just before the Cheng Camp.

Ran Vu arrived at the Cheng Camp to find his lord, Yuan Shu, had already began his march. Sighing at his own tardiness Ran Vu rallied his men together and began their march. Prefect Wei Yan had sent him to aid their lord with the few men he was given. For this being his first battle, Ran Vu felt extremely content with his men and abilities.
Looking out over the area he was to march across he shook his head. The fog made it hard to see the land in it's wholeness, but from what Vu could see, it would be a simple march for now. The air was thick in the fog, making breathing harder, which would slow any size army.
Vu called to his men to form into their ranks. After reading the messages from Yuan Shu he had told them how to rank up before hand.
The calvary took the flanks, while the spearmen took the fore, with the swordsmen close behind. Ran Vu rode his horse admist his swordsmen.
