Cao Yu: People of Fang, as you know your leader has resigned and handed leadership over to me. I will rule with twice asmuch force and i think i have more than what it takes to rule you. All i offer is that everyone pledges there alligiance to me and will stay loyal until you die. I want what is best for my people so i will be holding councils within our audience hall (Council Board) and people may complain about anything they want and request things.
