Barracks: 1575/10,000
As me and my troops waited for orders we all trained it was very hard and very intence. My troops have never trained this hard ever and it looked like they would never stop. Now I see how loyal my troops can really be and for encuragement I told my troops.
"We have sworn an Oath and we plan to keep it no matter what happens to us. If any of you try to break this oath I will have no problem killing you, do you all understand."
The soilders reply with a very confindent.
"Sir, we will listen to you and our King till our deaths we will never turn on you guys. We have swarn an oath and we will keep it no matter what anyone says."
They said that with cofidnece and courage.

For many hours the barbarian Harper Keva, or Keva as he made all refer to him as would go throughout that of the city. Bar after bar, alley way after alley way, the man would dip and dive. All the while looking for soldiers. More exactly those who seemed tough. Sailors, thugs, vagabonds, the homeless, even the swindlers on the street could find themselves within a cage, which was drawn by several horses and escorted by several guards. With consent, or without they would find their selves filling the cage, those who opposed their recruitment forced down by numerous soldiers and brought to their knees. Only for a thick collar to be put about their neck, and a a iron brought to their face marking them as warrior slaves.
Given the minimal training, which consisted of being taught to simply hold a weapon and how to swing being what they received before being slowly hustled deep into the depths of the barracks and into that of the cellar. The cage slowly brought up to a open door, the slide to the cage would be open. The only possible exit leading into that of a poorly furnished room, that of a cell.
That is how Harper Keva would spend his day, bringing men into their army. Let it be volunteered, or not.
Barracks: 1775/10000 + 100 = 1875/10000

Note, I'm tempted to void that post Keva. 12 hours, not 10, you wait 12 hours. I can understand if your waiting 11 and a half, or even 11. But not ten.

~looks side to side, then prays to god he understands the rules now~
Hearing a rumor of a mercenary group, which consisted of several of the Islanders of Wu, or Japan as it was starting to be called, Harper Keva would become interested. Having once been a mercenary several days ago, and with plans to return in the near future, it would be with several guards of the Kingdom of Fang they would ride up to that of the suspected hide out. Sending a man inside, with orders for the mercenaries to come up for negotiations, they would seen come out.
It would be here and now that the Soldiers of Fang would invite these men to their cities for drinks, and once there that all within the White Tiger Inn was chased out, excluding facility of course.
Into a round of several drinks, and a merry mood set into the air. A group of twenty or so men would bust down the door, rushing upon the mercenaries who had dropped their guard, quickly they would be subdued, the attackers, who turned out to be more Soldiers of Fang having been previous orders to take as many alive as possible. Dragging the unconscious bodies of the Mercenaries outside that of the tavern, they would meet a iron cage which had previously been used on civilians. The men losing their tongues, being branded with the same symbol, and thick collars with chains put about their necks, they would be put into that of the Fang ranks, adding onto the slowly growing force.
