*A day after the assassination, the bloodied body of Haruko Sorahoshi was found lying upon her floor, a yellow flower upon her chest. The killer left no traces, other then the flower, but that gave no leads. They took the body, and buried it in He Nai, the northern part of the city, farthest away from the Zhao section.*

Supporters of Emperor Ling try to bury the Emperor in a grave beneath a gigantic monument in Luoyang. The Emperor had been a terrible one though. He had made the people of Luoyang pay enormous taxes to support an army that was marched deep within the steppes and completely obliterated by Xianbei ambushes. Moreover Emperor Ling had allowed Luoyang to be surrounded by a group of barbaric knights and the Empire of Zhao on the Central Plains. His people suffered from famine, while Emperor Ling lived lavishly. And since Emperor Ling had sent most of the Imperial troops on a stupid mission to recover a kingdom doomed from the start, Luoyang was seemingly about to be conquered.
Unlike Huan or Dong Jue, Emperor Ling rarely met with other warlords and rarely did anything of great importance. He was one of the shittiest Emperors China had ever seen, and when the aforementioned political supporters of him tried to bury Emperor Ling, lightning struck his grave and the area surrounding it to warn the people that heaven was f*cking pissed that anybody had the audacity to give Ling an honorable burial. Many corrupt politicians persisted though, so heaven brought forth might quakes which rocked the capital. The people trying to bury Emperor Ling were tossed into the grave that they had dugged for him, while the Emperor's corpse meanwhile lay completely motionless, even despite the quakes.
At length some eunuchs of Emperor Ling's court opted to incinerate Emperor Ling's body, realizing that burial would prove futile while all these omens indicated how loathed Emperor Ling was by the gods. Seconds after they lit the fire to burn Emperor Ling, the body of the Emperor was up in smoke and then a second later was nothing but ash. Hell looked a bit too eager to devour Emperor Ling's body. After Emperor Ling's body was consumed though, the earthquakes that had rocked Luoyang before grew even more violent. The fire started spreading and burned down many of the peasant's simple wooden huts, while the quakes destroyed many buildings. Even the two Han palaces were nearly destroyed by the flames...

Wei Yan arrived early the morning after the fall of Chai Sang to give his friend, Xu Yu, a proper burial. The grave was cheap, but it was all Yan could do with everything happening so fast. Simply a hole with Yu's body wrapped in the best fabric Yan could afford. When Yan covered the grave he set Yu's shields in an X atop the grave. Tan brought over the Tombstone and laid it behind the shields, it read:
"Here a man lays on his final bed. His story was cut short, and for that The Heavens shall reward him. Gloriously he fell in battle, with honor even the gods couldn't hope for."
Under the engraving Yan chisled in crude letters, they read:
"My Friend, Your Spirit Shall Fly On The Back Of A Dragon To The Heavens. I'll See You Soon Enough Xu Yu."
With a sadened look Yan shook his head and walked away from the plot.

That's Yuan Shu for ya. Erik did an overall good job of playing Yuan Shu I think. ALMOST perfect. He started out high (literally and figuratively) and then sank low. Mainly because of Lyle's biased admining but also because of Jiang Wei being a mole and all that. >_> Heaven digs up Steve Irwin's grave and tosses Steve Irwin's body to a crocodile in a turn-around of irony.

I personally think he did a great job,but the reason he fell was because of his arrogance,as he thought of himself as a war machine that can steam roll through empires.Good job being our first and only great obsticale if you reading this Erik ,just work on the ego thing,it blinds even the best of us

Erik did a good job at playing Yuan Shu. Just, as Shady said, his arrogance defeated him in the end. Charing headlong into battle, with few active officers behind him, he was destined for failure. Then all the defections, he really, was screwed over by multiple things. Some his own fault, others jsut the game being played.
Either way, Sorry to see him go.

Biased modding? Hah, go fuck yourself. :/ Oh come on. You modded every battle while I was gone. Zhao won every one. Zhao got all the advantages, blah, blah, blah, etc.

In Lyles Defense. He did mod the every battle, but from what I saw (Which Was Quite An Amount) that was close to fair. There is a bit of bias in everyone modding for no one is perfect, but all in all he tried to be as fair as possible

Close to fair? Traitor, damn you! I am kind of biased. We all are, but its all about turning it off, or spending a lot of time on it. 2+2 is 4, right? Charging out blindly in a spear wall and then getting ambushed = totally fucked, right? Exactly, I haven't made one true biased comment yet here. You all just can't handle the truth. ;D
