The Emperor waits and prepares the meeting, a line of infantry armed with weaponry lined along the back of the wall for protection. If any weapons were fired in this room, these guards would shoot to kill and come in along the back wall too, sealing escape.
((Just for abit of protection, this time no-one will die and I wount do the same mistakes john stevs did. Anyway, stop giving me hassle dude, i want to stay friendly. Ever since i retreated from Ireland you have been, being a dick. When i was attacking you were pleading for me to remove my troops. I want us to stay allys, we could use eachother.))

*Matt eyes the Infantry with a glare, not liking being put under some one he has never met before's control.*
((Those troops are there to keep you protected, and if you decide to kill me, I'm screwed of course. Also, I did not plead with you, I was trying to resolve it peacefully cause I didn't want to lose half my army. I am not any worse then you, so stop trying to make yourself sound better then me and holding yourself higher then me. I'm sick of it, we're equals))

((Your making me sound evil or higher than you, these troops will not be used, there, there for protection, things will get violent in here since people on this forum cant accept other people point of views. They just take offence and kill. so there here for all of our benefits, not just me. If i open fire they will kill me.))

Emperor Aruzo: Ok, this rule is now reinstalled. The next issue, should we be allowed to attack whoever we want without permission. Well thats kinda like before, should we?...so up to now, all severe changes must be reported to the UN, but now are issue is, are we allowed to attack any country without UN Notification. I rule No, since some UN Countries might not want other countries to be attacked...What are your oppinions?

No, but the UN should accept most cases unless they are owned by the UN

Matt: I vote no, but it should be considered extremely if the country is not a member of the UN.
