Luoyang has surrendered to the Temple Knights and Emperor Xian has become Aspharr's puppet. Emperor Shao, however, has set up an imperial han court in Chengdu. Every faction in the game can now decide which of the two Emperors to support, or they can split off on another path and declare themselves Emperor, as Du Zhutai has done.

The Temple Knights move their Capital to Ye. However, they consider Qing their main Factory Outputter, and all levels go to there.

EDIT!!!!: Now I see what btg is talking about. You're not allowed to roleplay for your inactives to bump up the ratings of facilities. I'm sorry but that's just not allowed. You can have your NPCs work (I said it in an update awhile ago) but you simply can't work FOR your other members. That's freakin' ridiculous guys and really btg is right when he said that's inexcusable. Part of the point of facilities was to GET more people to be active by giving them something to work for, literally.
I want all points that were added in the name of other players by their rulers to be deduced. If this is not done before the end of Friday then I will subtract a massive amount of points from all facilities of the wako and Cheng kingdoms. Just because you think that there's a bunch of inactive people in your kingdom doesn't mean you can use their characters to ramp up facility levels. One person works on a facility once every 12 hours. That's it. If you have a problem with that then too bad.

Spam > Edit: Ah, I got a kick out of that.. Anyways: The Han is going to fall within the week. Any officers caught by Zhao will be given two choices: Surrender and join Zhao, or be tortured/executed. Emperor Zhutai has vowed to rip the legs off of the first Han servant who doesn't agree to join his forces. This person will be healed though, and shall roam the land forever without any legs.

The Zhao armies have entered Chang An's eastern areas and preparing to take the city.
The Emperor declares that any Han supporters in the city shall be executed, if they do not leave the city and either retreat or give up to Zhao.
The Emperor also request that his allies prepare the other fronts and move on the enemy in the east, who would seek out possible open borders.
And on a side note: Emperor Zhutai praises Yuan Shu for wtfpwning Jing!

The Spy and Traitor, Sun Jian has been captured by Emperor Zhutai, and his entire army killed mercilessly. His body has been 'edited' as requested by the Emperor. He however is still alive.
Look HERE for topic info.
War has not been declared upon the nation who the spy has came from. But a simple treaty to stop fighting for a while until it is all sorted out has been said to be the Emperor's will..
