Aspharr gave Ma Yui a quick kick to the teeth while he was down, and then rushed towards the Emperor, his weapon held with both hands, aimed at the man. He did a quick jab with it, aiming at the man's chest. He could hit him before the Emperor would hit Aspharr....

The Emperor knows he cannot hit Aspharr and also realizes that he cannot block with his kendama. So instead he leaps to the left to avoid Aspharr's attack and then awaits the next move from either Ma Yui or Aspharr.

Ma Yui got up holding his crotch and opening his now bloody mouth where he slowly wiped away the blood. "Heh, barely even worth my time..." He took a harder grasp on his sword as he thought about just dealing with the guy who kicked him so cheaply, but knew it would be easier without this pest of an emperor attacking him with his man made jack in the box.
He slowly sheethed his sword but quickly unstrapped his pike. He bolted forward, slashing with his Pike from left to right aimed for the mans chest to try and finish the Han Emperor off for good.

Aspharr was quicker however. Stabbing the weapon through the emperor, he slid until a point, creating a large bludgeoning object out of his spear. He looked towards Ma Yui.
You have disgraced this man, now I will beat you silly with his body!
Aspharr immediately did a swiped, a long swipe, as in pivoting on one foot swipe, using his strength to try and bludgeon the shit out of Ma Yui.
