Question, do you have maps for each city? If so, may I see the map for Xiapi?

The maps will be the same ones used on Betrayal pretty much (the ones from ROTK games), though the Tian Shui one I edited so that it had dunes instead of rolling green hills. Give me a minute and I'll post the Xiapi one.
Oh yea, for Er Aorong's question-
The siege weapon with longest range is the catapult, then ballistae. Arbalest and tower are about the same and come next; they are mid range weapons for sieges essentially. Obviously battering ram has the least amount of range.
The other question I'm not so sure about myself to be honest. I did not make the siege weapons, Steve (current leader or Roman army) did. I only contributed slightly by editing tower, and apparentely Adam (another Roman) did some editing as well. Just ignore the volt outtake thing for now.

The map of Xiapi is raised on a slightly raised plateau. The rivers here are of a medium depth, and during a heat wave or in normal climates, some of them can probably be moved across without needing boats. When passing through river shoals though, armies will move slower. Here's the image link- img95.imageshack.us/img95/4999/chenliumapsa5.jpg

Alright, kingdom rulers should hand out money to their officers with the money gained from their kingdom. That means the Market. So if I give someone a rank, it doesn't really matter, cause all I can hand out is the 69 Gold, right? Or does the rank payment just come out of nowhere (Something I hope for). Could someone clear this up?

No. The rank payment doesn't come out of nowhere like on betrayal. Instead you will need to divide up your earnings, which will be low at first but get higher as your officers work in the facilities.

You can only loan out what is made in the market or personal gold, nothing more

Ack can't sleep. But yes that's correct. You can only loan out money from what you have.

Here's a question. The troops still seem rather subjective. Are there any numbers attached to all these weapons, armors, shields, steeds, different troop types, etc. that will help with determining casualties aside from straight Rp-ing?

Yes battle-modding is still a bit subjective, there is no set system for losses I'm afraid; although I'd like to set one up in the future, I feel that people might complain if I did even if there we big bonuses for roleplaying and such. One thing I might implement is a simple ratio system in the future. It would work something like this-
Elephants kill 3 infantry for every 1 elephant, kill cavalry at about 1 to 1, have 3 killed by horsebowmen for every horsebowmen killed, etc.
Then after calculating exact numbers, I could just add in a great deal of points for roleplaying bonuses, and these would be quite large, based primarily on the situation at the time (including weather, terrain and tactics). As an example, cavalry usually easily cut down archers, but in a narrow passageway it's more difficult, since cavalry can't assume a loose formation which makes them harder to shoot. In this case, the number of cavalry casualties would go up, especially if the archers were led well and other tactics were being employed by the side with the archers.

Okay, just got lost cause in some of the gate ones you have it out of 5k. Glad it's only 1k though, only so much I can think of for the Fortress of Doom, err I mean Xiapi....
