The Phoenix watched as he push the men back, a smile on his face. He seemed to be gorging himself on the blood before him, carving a path through his enemy. They seemed to be flung off the wall when he swung his mighty weapon about, pushing one, into the other.
As they fought, and Feng slowly crushing them all before him. His pike men had been able to slip through the gate not protected, they swarmed through the city, making their way to the other gate, and quickly climbed the stairs. Here they came up behind the crossbowmen, who were unprepared to defend against this new attack. They quickly found themselves shishkabobed on pikes and spears. Now, it seemed, the enemy was in a pincer, and all the Phoenix had to do was finish the job, which he did so without hesitation.
The walls were soaked with the blood of the Jiaozhi soldiers, oozing downward, it seemed like the wall itself had been cut. Up above the gate, three flags waved. One was of Xia, white and pure, with the word Xia painted in black. To the right of that was the black flag of He Zi, with a silver scorpion painted on that. And to the left of that flag was another black flag, though this one had a Fenghuang on it, in the color of vermilion.
Sima Feng looked down at the last bits of fighting taking place on the ground below. He had the gates open, ready for He Zi to come into the city. He smiled, also, at the other two warriors, Wang Ping and Zhun Yao, both warriors had heed his calls to arms. Both had come, and now, the Phoenix knew, that Xia would become the great Dynasty it used to be. He turned then, placing his back against the wall, and looked north. Looked toward Zhao, who he knew would be their greatest foe. And Sima Feng was so excited.

*The man was now laying hopeless on the shore of the river. And soon after, Wang Ping also reached that same shore. Quickly he dismounts and kneels down with the messenger. The man was a barbarian, that much was certain. And he needed medical help as soon as possible. Wang Ping watched up and saw his brother Wang Do had also reached the shore. Knowing time was of the essence, Wang Ping grabbed the man and took him on his bag. Then, with the help of Wang Do, he mounted Black Beauty and together they used their horses to cross the river again.*
*Meanwhile, Xun Ce, Wang Ping's other Lieutenant had confirmed the capture of the escaping barbarian. He turns to the newly arrived soldiers from the alliance and smiles. There were smart and brave men on this field and he was glad Wang Ping had decided to join with them. With these men, they had a good chance of uniting the land once again.*
"Gentlemen of Xia! Please move into the city of Jiao Zhi now. My lord Wang Ping will soon enter the city, with the prisoner. But I'm afriad we will have to prepare the fine doctors of our armies and, or, of Jiao Zhi. The man is wounded and needs medical help. So let's move with haste."
*The troops of Wang Ping, who were now part of Jiao Zhi too decided it was safer inside the city aswell. And so, slowly this time, the army started to march to the city, where they could finally rest after the long days of marching and hurrying. Yes, they had finally arrived at their new home.*
