(You would think you would have already made this..)
A warrior, rather diplomat enters the city easily, his devious methods bringing little light to his goal, which was for once in his life something different than taking a man's head. No, he was here to bring diplomacy, and words to effect, and nothing more. Fierce words they would be, but nothing more than idle threats, rather, promises for the future. The warrior was cloaked in white, acting as though a true foregoer would, gazing at the wonders of the city before him. Underneath his cloak was armor, his prized crimson armor, crimson representing the warrior within him. At his sides in sheaths were his famed broadswords, only there if he had to fight his way out. But he would not need that, as, his only goal here today was to speak and give the Han a chance to speak, instead of bringing a dagger to their throat, like most had seen Zhao do before.
The warriors steps became cautious as he approached the palace, large walls surrounding it, gates being fixed, most likely being prepared for a siege as the Han revolutionized. (Just adding plot) The diplomat formally approached two guards who seemed to be over looking everything, their spears high in the air. He bowed before them, his voice soothing and respectful..
"Guards of this fair city under the Han, I ask to speak with your lord and hand him my own lords decree. I am a Lieutenant of the grand Emperor of Zhao, Zhutai. He seeks to simply parley with your lord and hold the blood shed at bay. The Emperor himself cannot come to Chang An, so he has sent me in his place."

Troops were everyone around the city, at the Palace alone the guards were reinforced with an extra 150 Barbarians who were seasoned veterans of the state. Ever since the assasination of General Liu Bei and the appointment of Cao Cao to the position of General of the Flying Chariots, massive changes were beginning to happen. The Guards looked upon the man with caution, knowing that many were turning against the Han. "The city and every other city is in a state of Marshall Law, the only way you are going to be allowed in is being accompained with a group of guards. It you agree to it, you will be allowed it." He stated plainly as he looked upon the man.
Troops actually inside the palace;
25 Barbarians With Pikes and Plate Mail 25 Composite Longbow Barbarians
Troops Outside of Palace;
75 Barbarians With Pikes and Plate Mail 25 Composite Longbow Barbarians

The guards nodded and five Barbarians armed with pikes and plate mail came forward. The gates of the palace were opened and the men allowed in. When inside the gates were closed and the doors sealed as a security procaution. Sitting at a desk with very few advisors walking around, Cao Cao wore his battle armor and has the sword of heaven at his side. When he saw the men come forward, he nodded at the barbarians. Two of them stood on either side of the desk and the other three went to the doors. Cao Cao looked upon the man with a slight suspision. "I apologize for the heavy security but in light of recent events I have been forced to double the troops." Cao Cao stated as he smiled at the man. "Now, for what reason have you sought a auidence with myself my good man?" Cao Cao asked.

After being redirected from the capital and told to see Cao Cao at Chang An, Sanada Yukimura qucikly went to Chang An where, once again, was stopped by guards. But this time they approached him with much more force. Sanada Yukimura quickly found out that they only wished to protect their lord. "Guards," he spoke, "Have no fear i wish to do no harm to your great lord, but i do ask that I recieve entrance in order to join him." he finished his speech in a calm but stern tone. Yukimura waited for the reply of the guards.

The guards looked upon the men and nodded to a small ground of three barbarians. "Very well them but you wille enter with these men." He stated as the gates were unlocked and opened as the four men entered the palace. After they were all inside, the gates were once again closed and sealed.

"Lord Cao," began Sanada Yukimura, "The Emperor is the only true ruler of China and because you are in charge of his forces I wish to join you." ((That was short I know, but as it seems i was accepted as i was typing the first post in this area.))

He then looks up again and speaks, his voice similar to before, yet more serious.. "With business of a Kingdom, my lord.. At the end of my life I will have killed countless soldiers, just like the ones that guard you here. And my men will have killed just as much, and been killed by their opponents as well. Blood courses through my veins, and yet also upon my hands, Lord Cao.. Women, Children are the only thing innocent in these times of war, the only thing pure enough to stop an army with a single word.."
"I have come to you today to bargain for He Nai. My Emperor, Zhutai has sent me here to prevent blood shed. The Han has reached Xi Bei and taken it quickly, it is now that you would think they hold their position and give up areas were they are so outstretched. If it is not given then when it is taken all Han loyalist and officials will be killed, whether men, women or children. The lands will be burned and half of He Nai will go up in flames. After this, the capital will be burned quickly and seal the Emperor's fate."
"Before you answer, look at your numbers, your men, your soldiers and their tired faces. Look at your people first and foremost. Compare it to Zhao and then make a decision."The diplomat lowers his head and bows again.. (Give it a thought.)

Cao Cao looked upon the man and shook his head as his eyes glared at the ground. He then looked back to the man of Zhao. "There are many things in this world... But nothing is more pure than a child or a woman who stands before two armies on a battle field. That child or woman alone could turn back the armies and cease the fighting if not for a few hours or days."
Cao Cao sighed. "My dear friend, to threaten to attack He Nei and to threaten to kill every man, woman, and child isn't taken lightly within these halls. But I have another thing in mind about He Nei. I propose the divison of the city. 1/4 to Zhao - 1/4 to Han. The remaining 1/2 of the city is to be neutral. With this deal we will be in an alliance. If times are hard for either side we will support each other. This deal will stay in effect as long as your lord agrees to it. But I refuse to secede anymore of the city of He Nei. What is your reply?" He asked as he looked at the man, obviously not afraid of threats made against the state.

Jiang stood now, dragging out from his cloak. It was a map, and he gave it to one of the guards next to him, motioning for him to give it to Mengde.. "My Emperor knew that you would not take too this plan. So he offers half of He Nai and its land given to Zhao, and all will be spared. Alliance is not something he looks to kindly, but he will work with a cease fire, while he focus on the lords that had sworn oath to the Han Emperor.. What say you, I will take nothing else."img134.imageshack.us/img134/8193/henaisplityf6.png

The guards took the map and handed it to Cao Cao. Cao Cao looked at the map and nodded. "This is much better but I must insist on a line of neutraility. Would your lord accept this compromise?" He stated as he continued to look at the map, studying it carefully.

Sun Jiang thought upon the matter, turning and looking to his side. He takes a step forward.
"Possible, but not at Zhao's expense. Please, show me."
Jiang gestures to move forward, so to see what Cao Cao means with the map.

Cao Cao looked at the map again and nodded to himself. "This map has the divison of territory at the 9th ward of He Nei. I say the entire 9th ward become neutral... So it mean both of us shall be effected equally. This is what I propose seeing as it will be fair to both sides." He said as he looked at the maps again. Quickly he handed the map to one of the guards to show the man the map of the city. The guard then handed it to the man.

Unknowingly Sun Jiang walked forward to the guard, grabbing the map from him.
"Lord Zhutai will not approve of so much land. Half of the ward will be split into a de militarized zone. I suggest it is cleared, but I leave this up to you.. You have one week to vacate the premises, or war will immediately come from this."
Sun Jiang prepares to leave..
